Thanks for these references. I’d like to share some thoughts anyway. Even if I think mentioned fields of interests are great overall, and we can imagine many innovative applications to AI, I still refuse to immediately talk about AI.

Looks like many tasks are just being automated properly, using advanced workflows, automata. I rather agree with this emerging picture, with a landscape of “AI websites” just implementing some if/else conditions. These kind of services definitely contribute to make things better, but IMHO it’s a bit early to call this “intelligence”. A simple wording issue, perhaps.

As a manager, I hope to be intelligent enough to properly use these kind of tools, period. You just should manage, well, differently, I guess :-)
