Don’t especially agree with some of them. It’s worth digging into company’s culture to understand how things are working and convince yourself you will be a great match, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable when asking questions about rewards systems (#2) and other people successes (#7). Both as interviewer or interviewee, I don’t like the idea of humans being rewarded because acting similarly/differently to someone else. Just a personal opinion.

This is a great way to show your interest in company’s future and understand how you’re fitting into a more macroscopic plan.
